Promocan promotional and novelty cans are perfect for the stylish presentation of gifts or marketing promotions, and in more unusual cases have been used as beverage cups or plant containers, for charity collections, at weddings and even for art installations!
The label creates immediate impact and interest, and the option to securely pack inside a sample, gift or indeed any contents that will fit, makes it the ideal package. After its initial purpose is fulfilled, the can continues the promotion used as a desk tidy or storage pot.
We offer a wide range of round tinplate or paperboard cans in several diameters and heights. Lids and bottoms can be palin, slotted (for collecting or savings tins), ring-pull, easy peel, or in the case of the StashCan a removable screw-in base to create a safety can.
Promocan offers a flexible service and is happy to supply free sample cans. We take care of the whole process, from packing contents and seaming the can, to arranging printing of and applying the labels. We despatch our cans packed in bulk, or in individual postal tubes for direct mailing.

In 2009 Guardian News and Media (GNM) established Brand:Aid, a panel based solution to measuring the online, print and cross-media effectiveness of specific brand campaigns.
Promocan's role was to "add flavour" to the launch, through the production and distribution of vibrant, jelly bean filled cans to Brand:Aid's potential customer base.
The cans were filled, seamed and labelled by Promocan to GNM's specification. On the outside, the can label presented the components of Brand:Aid's services through entertaining guises such as 'Ingredients' and 'Nutritional Information', with the logo and contact details eye-catchingly displayed.
Inside the full panel easy-open end, recipients found not only the jelly beans but also a case study leaflet advertising Brand:Aid's services, a unique way to 'sweet talk' potential customers!
Promocan was approcahed in 2009 by a design agency commissioned by Bacardi Global Brands to create a drinks promotion for its Grey Goose vodka bar at the White Tie & Tiara Summer Ball, an a fundraising event held by the Elton John AIDS Foundation in the UK.
The theme of the Ball was contemporary art, and Grey Goose commissioned a new range of art-inspired vodka cocktails, including 'The Warhol' celebrating the pop art icon. Together with the design agency, Promocan came up with the idea of a 'cocktail can' cup to complement 'The Warhol'. The cup encompassed the contemporary art theme while allowing effective promotion of the Grey Goose brand.
Promocan used an open top can with a gold internal lacquer, and curled the top of the can body so that a clear plastic cup sat inside the can and was securely fixed over the rim. The can was the standard soup can size, and the label reflected the Campbell soup can style as immortalised by Andy Warhol.
