Compound Lining Nozzles

Compound lining nozzles are fitted to injection guns for the application of solvent and water-based compounds, and plastisol sealants. The compound ensures a hermetic seal between the metal of the can end and the can body, preserving the contents of the can.

These compounds are highly abrasive and the lining nozzles are subject to a high degree of wear. Regular replacement is necessary to ensure accurate delivery of the compounds.

Eurocan Nozzles

Eurocan manufacture nozzles for their EF compound guns. These nozzles are also universal to other manufacturers' guns, and are offered by Eurocan as a standard replacement part.

Nozzle Specifications

Eurocan C2 Nozzles are manufactured from G2 Grade carbide. Large batch runs are made to establish close tolerance levels. The manufacturing precision of the nozzle orifice length and diameter ensures accurate compound flow rates. Therefore, where nozzles are used in sets of 2, 4, 6 or 8, flow matching is not necessary.

Eurocan supply the nozzles from 0.5mm to 1mm, in 0.1mm increments.
